Have you ever seen so many worms?!

Whose children are these? I can't stand worms! They are so gross! The kids were playing in the sprinkler and apparently the worms heard about the party. There were worms everywhere! Little did they know, they were about to be captured. We promptly went in and scrubbed hands and bodies. Yuck!

Woohoo! Last day of school!

Finally! I think we are all ready for a break! Annie was bouncing off the walls this morning. She was pretty hyped about "Fun Day" today. They have the entire day filled with fun activities to close out the school year. Annie has absolutely loved her new school this year. She has made lots of new friends and has learned an amazing amount of stuff!

Field trip to Sylvan Springs Park

Annie's 1st grade class and the Kindergarten class went on a little field trip together. They went to Sylvan Springs Park to eat lunch and play on the old playground. I can remember playing on this playground when I was kid. It brought back memories!

Tee-ball & Softball

Annie is enjoying playing softball. She is pretty good, too! After her game last Saturday, we were telling her how good she had played. Her response was "I bet you guys didn't know I was so good at playing softball". She's not proud at all! Carson on the other hand, could care less! He spends most of his time sitting on the ground, digging, and wearing his glove on his head. He may have a short tee-ball career. He tells us that he already knows everything that they are teaching. He's bored! I think he would be happier memorizing facts about past presidents. That's Carson for you!

Chop Chop!

Apparently, Reagan thought it was time for a bang trim. She was right there in front of me and just did one BIG chop to the front of her hair. I could not believe it!
